This piece is about allowing yourself to be seen and be heard. It reminds us to have the courage to be bold when the moment comes. After the Silence was inspired by the Korean band LIF and their unexpected, ethereal sound. In the song Scilla, a brief pause is suddenly broken by the singer’s operatic voice filling the room. The small boxes represent the members of the band, while the blue line reflects that moment of breaking through. LIF can be found on major music platforms. I encourage you to take a listen.
