Cocktail Receptions – Up to 80 guests

Seated Dinners – 60 guests

Fees:

Event Rental: $175 per hour

Set up/Breakdown: $175 per hour

Event Staff:  $150 flat fee, paid to staff member 

Security Deposit: $500 refundable, Refunded within 5 days after the event, if no damages. Damages exceeding $500 will be billed to the host.

 

Payment Schedule:

50% non-refundable deposit due at signing to reserve the date.

Remaining balance + $500 security deposit due 5 business days before the event.
